Annulation

If you need to cancel, please tell us in writing (email or WhatsApp). We keep the following part of the trip price:

• More than 60 days before the trip: we keep the deposit only.
• 60–31 days before: 50% of the trip price.
• 30–15 days before: 75% of the trip price.
• 14 days or less: 100% of the trip price.

You can move your trip to new dates once at no cost if you tell us more than 30 days before you travel. We strongly suggest travel insurance that covers cancellation.
