Condiciones de reserva

1. Booking

You book by sending the booking form, a WhatsApp message or an email. Your booking is confirmed when we send you an invoice and you pay the deposit.

2. Deposit and balance

A 30% deposit holds your dates. The balance is due 45 days before your trip starts, or in cash (US$) on arrival if agreed in writing. If you book less than 45 days before the start, the full amount is due when you book.

3. Ways to pay

M-Pesa, Mixx by Yas, Visa/Mastercard (by secure link), bank transfer or cash on arrival. Bank and card fees are paid by the sender.

4. Prices

Prices are per person in US dollars and include everything listed on the trip page. If the government changes park fees before your trip, we may need to change the price; we will always tell you first.

5. Health and insurance

You must be in good health and have travel insurance. For Kilimanjaro and Mount Meru your insurance must cover trekking up to 6,000 m and rescue.

6. On the mountain

Your guide may turn you back if it is not safe for you to go on. This decision is for your safety. Unused days are not refunded.

7. Changes

We are happy to change dates or trips when we can. Changes may cost extra if lodges or parks charge us.
