Your quote
Every trip is quoted personally. Your quote lists the price, what is included and not included, and the deposit and balance needed to confirm your booking.
Booking and payment
Your trip is confirmed once we have received the deposit shown on your quote. The balance is due before you arrive in Tanzania, on the date shown on your quote. Payment details are sent with your quote by email and WhatsApp.
Prices
Each trip page lists what is and is not included. Park fees and taxes are set by the Tanzanian authorities; if they change before your trip, the difference may be passed on.
Cancellation by you
Please cancel in writing to info@goggiafricansafari.com. Cancellation charges depend on how close to the start date you cancel and are shown on your quote. We strongly recommend travel insurance that covers cancellation and medical evacuation.
Changes by us
Safari routes can change because of weather, road or park conditions. If we must change a lodge or the order of the days, we will offer an alternative of the same standard.
Health and safety
Please follow your guide’s instructions at all times, especially around wildlife and on Kilimanjaro. Climbers must declare any medical conditions before the trek.
